Ise was born in Singapore to an American/Native father and Chinese mother, grew up internationally attending 15 different schools in 30 countries and states. She is the great granddaughter of a master of Silat and Wing Chun, and herself studied Silat, Wing Chun, and Kali – specializing in swords and daggers. She choreographed her first fight scene for director Rob Hall after completing university.
Following an invitation to move to Hong Kong and work with Jeff Yamada, she made a critical decision to move to NYC and continue her work in the arts. She is a pioneer in Art meets Tech in the fashion and luxury market. A former editor at Italian Vogue and at Hearst China (Bazaar, Elle, Elle Men), Ise also worked with four presidential families and was the Art Director/Fashion Editor at Saks 5th Avenue, Ons, and Elie Tahari.
Ise is the founder of the volunteer education organization Hollywood Lighthouse for underprivileged and at-risk individuals and is the co-owner of Art Space Motion, a creative agency that focuses on the new frontier of Art/Tech applications. Her clients include: Vogue, Stella Artois, Michelob, Babe, Bare Essentials, Pepsi, Marshall Amps, NHTSA, Citizen K, Harry Winston, Luxotica, NBA, Helen Mirren, Susan Sarandon, Robert Redford, Busch, Parmigiani Fleurier, Patti Murin, Caress, Snickers, Lizzo, Glamour, Maybelline, LG, Samsung, New Balance, to name a few. Ise’s projects almost always include a humanitarian aspect. She promotes Green projects.
